Principle Grounded Words

PGW

Words have power. Your words can shape someone, either making them into a better person or breaking them down. Here at PGW, everything is grounded and based in words of PRINCIPLE. It must be the right thing to do or my principles won't let me do it.

The core idea behind PGW is unlocking people's potential. Words have power and the right words can guide, challenge and inspire you to become better and better every day.

About me

I don't quite know where I'm from any more.  I was born in Cambridge, grew up near Plymouth, travelled & lived in Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands, studied in Norwich, moved to Oregon and Washington in America, and have been in Slovakia since 2011.

Initially I began as an English language teacher before discovering how much potential was missed in companies due to underused and underdeveloped staff soft skills. After winning gold in European speaking competitions, I started working with a leading skills trainer in the Czech Republic and then shifted from teaching English to training people in English, combining skill development with language practice.

With me you're getting a trainer and teacher who is relentlessly, even frustratingly optimistic and enthusiastic about your success. The challenge set to all trainees and students is to fire me.......because you have become so good that I'm not needed any more.

Are you up for that challenge? :-)
